J. Symoné Boutique is committed to providing customers with quality items and the best customer service. We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) in exchange for a J. Symoné E-Gift Card. We do not issue refunds.
Please note the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- ALL Lashes
- Sale/Discounted or Promotional Items
- Visibly Worn Items
- Washed Items
- Items with makeup, scents, deodorant, and/or signs of wear
J. Symoné reserves the right to refuse or apply a 50% restocking fee for Refunded or Returned items.
- Returning your Purchase
Items purchased from J. Symoné Boutique are eligible for store credit within 24 hours of customer receiving.
After the 3rd day the item is considered a final sale.
A valid RA # (Return Authorization Number) is required for items to be returned by mail. All returns must be requested by email (JSymoneLLC@gmail.com) within 3 days of receiving your item.
To begin Return/Refund process please Email: JSymoneLLC@gmail.com with “Return Authorization Request” as the subject line along with proof of your order and reason for return/refund.
Any items shipped without an email OR outside of the Return Policy Guidelines will not be credited.
Once we receive your original merchandise, a store credit code/E-Gift Card will be issued ONLY if the merchandise is returned in its original, unworn, unwashed, undamaged condition with original tags attached. No Exceptions.
J. Symoné does not provide pre-paid return labels. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to returnAny package received without a RA# will not be credited.
J. Symoné Boutique reserves the right to refuse any return if the item does not meet the criteria listed above.
Store Credits/E-Gift Cards
Once your return is processed, you will receive an email notification with your store credit/E-Gift Card. Please allow a minimum of Ten (10) business days for us to receive and process your return. All orders purchssed with a store credit/E-Gift Card are Final Sale.
Returned to Sender/Refused Packages
This can happen if:
1) an address is invalid or missing information
2) the carrier is unable to deliver your package
3) the order is refused by the customer at the time of delivery.
Returned to sender or refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card minus the initial shipping charge. We are unable to replace or reship in these instances as all returned shipments are processed by our Returns Department. Instead, please use the E-Gift Card to place a new order using the correct address. Keep in mind that we do not guarantee your items will be in-stock at the time of your reorder.
Note: We are unable to make changes to orders that are placed on our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, PLEASE make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery.
J. Symoné is not responsfor lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
