  1. What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American  Express, Discover, and QuadPay

  1. What is QuadPay? 

QuadPay is an installment payment platform that lets you pay for your purchase using a credit or debit card. Please visit our QuadPay FAQs page for detailed information.

  1. If I place my order today, how long will it take to arrive?

You will receive a shipping confirmation via email once your order has left our warehouse that includes a tracking link for your order. Click on the link in the email to view racking information.

  1. How long does it take to receive a pre-order?

Pre-orders ship within 1-4 weeks of purchase. If you order an item that is preorder, J. Symone will update the product over view on the website with the expected ship date once that information is received from the vendor. If you have questions concerning your order, please contact us via email at JSYMONELLC@GMAIL.COM

  1. How is sales tax included?

We charge sales and use tax according to Federal and State Guidelines Tax is calculated based on the shipping address and the appropriate rules for that tax jurisdiction. 

Note that the taxes presented at the time of order submission are only an estimate. Final calculation of applicable taxes will be performed when the order ships, and your credit card is charged.

  1. How do I contact customer service?

  1. Do you ship internationally?

No we do not currently ship internationally.

  1. How do I cancel, change or exchange my order?

Because your order is processed as quickly as possible, there is a 24 Hour-minute window for order change or cancellation.

 If you need to exchange any or all of your purchased items, please first check for item availability on our site. If the preferred item is available, please place a new order and follow the return instructions found on the “Return Policy” tab , to send back your original order.

How do I measure my PRESSED press-on nails?

If you are unable to use a soft measuring tape, we suggest you use a piece of clear tape horizontally across the widest part of your natural nail and place on a flat ruler.
